2 로그인하면 서버에 저장되는 정보
로그인한 동안에만, 아래 내용이 여러분 계정에 딸린
문서 하나(users/사용자 식별자)에 저장됩니다.
루틴 목록 — 이름, 시작 시간, 길이, 아이콘, 색
완료한 루틴과 그 날짜 (최근 60일)
루틴을 시작한 날과 지금까지 열린 루틴 수
기상 시간, 취침 시간, 선택한 목표
앱에서 직접 입력한 표시 이름과 나이 (선택 사항)

같은 내용이 기기 안(UserDefaults)에도 남아, 인터넷이 없어도 앱이 그대로 돌아갑니다.
로그아웃 상태에서는 기기에만 남고 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다.
3 수집하지 않는 정보
루띤은 다음을 수집하지 않습니다.
위치, 연락처, 마이크, 카메라
광고 식별자(IDFA), 사용 기록 — 광고 SDK도 분석 SDK도 넣지 않았습니다
건강 앱에서 읽은 수면·걸음 값 (아래 4번)
비밀번호
사진은 한 가지 경우에만 씁니다. 완료한 루틴에
사진 남기기를 눌러 여러분이 직접 고른 사진 한 장은
앱 폴더에 복사되어 이 기기에만 남습니다. 저희 서버로
올리지 않고, 다른 기기로 동기화하지도 않으며, 하루 카드를 만들 때만 씁니다.
사진 보관함을 뒤지거나 목록을 읽지 않고, 고르지 않으면 앱은 사진에
접근하지 않습니다. 기록 보관 기간이 지나면 함께 지워지고, 허용한 권한은
iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 사진에서 언제든 취소할 수
있습니다.
다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트를 가로지르는 이용자 추적을 하지 않습니다.
4 건강 데이터
AI 플래너를 쓸 때, 그리고 여러분이 권한을 허용했을 때만
건강 앱에서 다음 두 가지를 읽습니다.
수면 시간
걸음 수
읽은 값은 그 자리에서 추천 루틴의 근거를 계산하는 데만 쓰이고
기기에 저장하지도, 저희 서버로 보내지도 않습니다.
루띤은 건강 앱에 아무것도 쓰지 않습니다.
서버에 올라가는 것은 연동을 켰는지 껐는지, 그 스위치 상태뿐입니다.
한 가지 예외가 있습니다. 아래 5번의 AI 루틴 플래너에서
수면·걸음 데이터도 함께 보내기를 직접 켜면, 그때만 평균 수면 시간과
평균 걸음 수가 NVIDIA로 전송됩니다. 이 스위치는 기본이 꺼짐이고
기기마다 따로 켜야 합니다. 켜지 않으면 건강 데이터는 한 글자도 나가지 않습니다.
권한을 허용하지 않아도 AI 플래너를 포함한 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다
(이 경우 예시 값으로 계산합니다). 허용한 권한은 iOS
설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 건강에서 언제든 취소할 수 있습니다.
5 AI 루틴 플래너
AI 루틴 플래너는 저희가 제공하는 기능입니다. 여러분이 플래너를
실행할 때만 통신이 일어나고, 실행하지 않으면 아무것도 나가지 않습니다.
연결이 안 되거나 응답이 늦으면 앱에 들어 있는 고정 추천으로 대신합니다.
플래너를 실행하면 다음이 NVIDIA로 전송됩니다.

앱 언어 설정
이미 만들어 둔 루틴의 이름 — 같은 것을 또 제안하지 않으려는
용도입니다. 시각과 완료 이력은 보내지 않습니다

앱 안에서 분석하는 데만 쓰고, 이 요청에는 담기지 않습니다.

닉네임 — 커뮤니티에서 보이는 이름. 계정의 이메일이나 표시 이름과
따로이며, 저희가 자동으로 채우지 않습니다
공유한 루틴 글 — 제목과 고른 루틴(이름·시간·길이·아이콘). 닉네임과 함께 공개됩니다
모임 참여 — 어느 모임에 속해 있는지, 언제 들어왔는지
주고받은 메시지 — 모임 안에서만 보입니다. 보관 기간은 30일이고, 지난 것은 지웁니다
차단 목록 — 누구를 차단했는지. 기기가 아니라 계정에 딸려 저장되고,
상대에게는 알리지 않습니다
모임에 들어가는 데 필요한 초대 코드는 무작위 6자리이고, 코드를 아는 사람만
들어올 수 있습니다. 목표별 공개 모임은 누구나 들어올 수 있습니다.
무작위로 낯선 사람과 연결해 주는 기능은 없습니다.
신고하면 신고 대상과 사유, 그리고 신고 시점의 글·메시지 원문이
저희에게 전달됩니다(작성자가 지워도 확인할 수 있게 하기 위해서입니다).
저희는 이 기록을 신고를 확인하는 목적으로만 보고,
보관 기간은 90일이고, 지난 것은 지웁니다. 접수한 신고는 24시간 안에 확인합니다.
커뮤니티에 올린 글과 메시지는 다른 이용자에게 보입니다.
공개를 원하지 않는 내용은 올리지 마세요. 올린 뒤에도 글은 언제든 지울 수 있고,
내가 쓴 메시지도 길게 눌러 지울 수 있습니다.
7 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
계정과 동기화를 직접 운영하지 않고 Google의 Firebase를 씁니다.
1·2번의 정보는 아래와 같이 국외로 이전됩니다.
Firebase 라이브러리는 이와 별개로, 자기 자신이 잘 돌아가는지 알아보기 위한
기술적 진단 정보(오류 발생 여부, 라이브러리 버전 등)를 Google에
보냅니다. 여기에는 여러분이 누구인지, 어떤 루틴을 쓰는지가 들어 있지 않습니다.
여러분이 직접 공개하기로 한 것(위 6번)을 빼면, 이 밖에는
아무에게도 판매·공유·제공하지 않습니다.
광고나 프로파일링에 쓰지 않습니다.
8 보관과 삭제
기기 안 — 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.
앱 안에서는 프로필 > 데이터 초기화로 지울 수 있습니다
서버 — 프로필 > 계정 삭제를 누르면 서버의 루틴 문서와
로그인 계정이 함께 지워집니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다
커뮤니티 — 계정을 지우면 올린 글, 내가 쓴 메시지,
닉네임 프로필, 차단 목록, 모임 참여가 모두 함께 지워집니다.
다른 참여자가 쓴 메시지는 그들의 기록이라 그대로 남습니다(보관 기간 30일).
이미 접수된 신고 기록은 확인이 끝날 때까지 남고 90일 뒤 지워집니다
로그아웃만 하면 서버의 사본은 남습니다.
다시 로그인하면 그대로 돌아옵니다
전송 구간은 TLS로 암호화되고, 서버 규칙상 여러분의 루틴 문서는
본인이 아니면 누구도 읽거나 쓸 수 없습니다.
커뮤니티에 직접 올린 것은 예외입니다 — 글은 모두에게, 모임 메시지는 그 모임
참여자에게 보입니다(위 6번). 저희는 여러분의 루틴을 들여다보지 않고,
커뮤니티 기록은 신고된 것에 한해 확인을 위해 봅니다.
삭제 요청은 즉시 반영되며, 별도의 사본을 만들어 두지 않습니다.
9 이용자의 권리
언제든지 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
대부분은 앱 안에서 바로 됩니다 — 열람과 정정은 프로필과 각 루틴 화면에서,
삭제는 프로필 > 계정 삭제로. 그 밖의 요청은

10 네트워크 통신
루띤이 인터넷을 쓰는 곳은 네 군데뿐입니다.
Firebase — 로그인과 동기화.
로그인하지 않으면 이 통신은 아예 일어나지 않습니다
기기 증명 (App Check) — 앱을 켤 때,
이 앱이 진짜 루띤인지를 Apple이 확인해 주는 짧은 증명을 받아 Firebase에
전달합니다. 커뮤니티를 자동 프로그램의 도배·사칭으로부터 지키기 위한
것입니다. 로그인하지 않아도 일어나며, 이 증명에는
여러분이 누구인지도, 무엇을 하는지도 들어 있지 않습니다 —
"이 기기의 이 앱이 정품이다"만 담깁니다
Google Fonts — 본문 서체(Noto Sans)를 처음 한 번
내려받습니다. 이때 Google에 IP 주소가 전달될 수 있고, 이 요청에는 루띤이 가진
어떤 정보도 담기지 않습니다. 브랜드 서체는 앱에 포함돼 있어 내려받지 않습니다
NVIDIA — AI 루틴 플래너(위 5번).
여러분이 플래너를 실행할 때만 통신합니다.
실행하지 않으면 이 통신은 아예 일어나지 않습니다
11 아동의 개인정보
루띤은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며,
아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
12 방침 변경
내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 갱신하고 위의 최종 수정일을 고칩니다.
수집 항목이 늘어나는 변경은 앱 업데이트 안내에서도 함께 알려드립니다.
You can use all of Ruttin without an account, except the community.
If you don't sign in and don't use the AI planner,
none of your information leaves your device.
If you do sign in, your routines and settings are stored on a server so they
follow you to a new phone. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
1 What we collect when you create an account
When you sign in with email, Google or Apple, we receive:
Your email address — to identify the account and to send password reset mail
A display name — whatever Google or Apple tells us (nothing, if they tell us nothing)
A user identifier — a random string issued at sign-in. It is the key that finds your routines
Your password is handled directly by Google's Firebase Authentication and
never reaches us. The app does not store it either.
If you choose Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple, all we get is the
relay address Apple creates (@privaterelay.appleid.com).
We never see your real address.
2 What is stored on the server once you sign in
While you are signed in, the following is kept in
a single document under your account
(users/<your identifier>):
Your routines — name, start time, duration, icon and colour
Which routines you completed, and on what date (last 60 days)
The day you started and how many routines have opened so far
Your wake time, sleep time and chosen goal
The display name and age you type into the app (both optional)
Notification toggle, language setting and whether Health is connected
If you use the community — your nickname and when you accepted the community terms (section 6)
The same data also stays on your device (UserDefaults), so the app keeps working
offline. While signed out it stays on the device only and is never sent
anywhere.
3 What we do not collect
Ruttin does not collect:
Location, contacts, microphone or camera
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or usage history — there is no ad SDK and no analytics SDK
The sleep and step values read from the Health app (see 4 below)
Your password
Photos are used in one case only. A photo you pick
yourself with Add a photo on a finished routine is copied into
the app's folder and stays on this device. It is not
uploaded to our servers, not synced to your other devices, and is used
only to build your day card. We do not scan or list your photo library,
and if you pick nothing the app never touches your photos. It is deleted
together with the record when the retention period passes, and you can
revoke the permission any time in iOS
Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
4 Health data
When you use the AI planner — and only if you grant permission —
Ruttin reads two things from the Health app:
Sleep duration
Step count
Those values are used on the spot to work out which routines to suggest.
They are never saved on the device and never sent to our servers.
Ruttin writes nothing back to the Health app.
The only thing that reaches the server is whether the Health toggle is on or off.
There is one exception. If you turn on
Also send sleep and step data in the AI routine planner (section 5),
your average sleep minutes and average daily steps are sent to NVIDIA —
and only then. That switch is off by default and has to be
turned on separately on every device. With it off, no health data leaves the phone.
You can use every feature, including the AI planner, without granting
permission — it simply uses sample values instead. You can revoke access at
any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
5 AI routine planner
The AI routine planner is a feature we provide. A request is made
only when you run the planner; if you never run it, nothing
leaves your device. If the request fails or is slow, the app falls back to its
built-in suggestions.
Running the planner sends the following to NVIDIA:
The goal you picked (for example, Miracle morning)
Your wake time and bedtime
Your app language
The names of routines you already have — so it doesn't suggest
the same ones again. Times and completion history are not sent
Sleep and step data are not sent. What we read from Apple Health
is used for analysis inside the app only and is never part of this request.
Your name, email, user identifier and location are
not sent. NVIDIA cannot tell who you are.

The community requires an account, and you agree to the community terms once
before using it. If you never use it, none of the data below is created.
What is created here is only what you choose to make public.
Nickname — the name shown in the community. It is
separate from your account email or display name, and we never fill it in for you
Shared routine posts — the title and the routines you picked
(name, time, length, icon). Published together with your nickname
Group membership — which groups you are in and when you joined
Messages — visible only inside the group.
Kept for 30 days, then deleted
Block list — who you blocked. Stored with your account rather than on the
device, and never revealed to the person you blocked
Invite codes are six random characters, and only someone who has the code can join.
Goal rooms are open to anyone. There is no feature that pairs you with a
random stranger.
When you report something, we receive the target, the reason, and
a copy of the post or message as it was at that moment (so it can still be
reviewed if the author deletes it). We look at this only to handle the report,
and it is kept for 90 days, then deleted. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Posts and messages in the community are visible to other users. Don't post
anything you don't want to be public. You can delete your posts at any time, and delete your
own messages by long-pressing them.
7 Processors and international transfer
We do not run accounts or sync ourselves — we use Google's Firebase.
The data in sections 1 and 2 is transferred abroad as follows.

Separately, the Firebase libraries send Google technical diagnostics
about themselves — whether a call failed, which library version is running, and
so on. That data says nothing about who you are or what routines you keep.
Apart from what you choose to make public yourself (section 6), we sell,
share or hand your data to no one.
It is never used for advertising or profiling.
8 Retention and deletion
On your device — deleting the app deletes it with the app.
Inside the app you can wipe it from Profile > Reset data
On the server — Profile > Delete account erases
both your routine document and your sign-in account.
This cannot be undone
Community — deleting your account also deletes your posts,
the messages you wrote, your nickname profile, your block list and your group
memberships. Messages written by other members are their record and stay
(kept for 30 days, then deleted). Reports already filed remain until they have
been handled, and are deleted after 90 days
Signing out alone leaves the server copy in place.
Sign back in and it comes straight back
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, and the server rules mean nobody but you
can read or write your routine document. What you post to the community is the
exception — posts are visible to everyone and group messages to that group's members
(section 6). We do not look at your routines, and we look at community content
only when it has been reported. Deletions take effect immediately and we keep
no separate copy.
9 Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct, delete or restrict the processing of
your data. Most of it you can do in the app — view and correct it in
Profile and on each routine, delete it via
Profile > Delete account. For anything else, write to
admin@firstpip.co.kr
and we will act on it and tell you the outcome.
Users in Korea may also contact the Korea Internet & Security Agency's
privacy centre (privacy.kisa.or.kr, dial 118) or the Personal Information
Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972).
10 Network requests
Ruttin only ever talks to four places:
Firebase — sign-in and sync.
If you don't sign in, this traffic never happens at all
Device attestation (App Check) — when the app
starts, Apple vouches that this really is Ruttin, and that short
attestation is passed to Firebase. It protects the community from bots
impersonating the app. This happens even when you are signed
out, and the attestation says nothing about who you are or what
you do — only that this app on this device is genuine
Google Fonts — the body typeface (Noto Sans) is downloaded
once, on first use. Google may see your IP address as part of
that request; the request carries none of your Ruttin data. The brand
typefaces ship inside the app and are never downloaded
NVIDIA — the AI routine planner (section 5).
This happens only when you run the planner.
If you never run it, the request never happens at all
11 Children
Ruttin is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.
12 Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above. Any
change that adds data collection will also be called out in the app's
release notes.
